Taught by founder  Dr. Sara Ullenbruch-Zarezadeh; 2nd Degree Black Belt Instructor, Physical Therapist and mom!  Moms have many challenges and are vulnerable; build a program that help them increase strength, community and learn to walk in peace. This 2-day teaching certification includes education on: self-defense techniques while mom is with baby/child, prescribing exercises, class structure and ideas on how to grow your program.
