Headlock from Behind
Zombie Drill...at any time, one Zombie can attack another with Headlock from Behind! The defending Zombie makes the defense and then continues to attack the person in the middle.
INTERMEDIATE CLASS (D1)
Basic Combatives: straight punches, elbows, knees, front kicks to vertical target
Drill: Pile of Pads -- pile of pads in the middle; the students line up on either end of the room; on the instructor's command, they must crab walk to the middle to get a pad; if they get a pad, they hold for Straight Punches OR Front Kick Vertical Target; any person without a pad must find a pad holder and strike non-stop. Repeat for 4 or 5 rounds.
Review Level 1 Self Defense - include spinning the attacker to use as a shield against a second attacker
