Drill: Two carry One - for this drill, there are 3 defenders: two helpers and one "injured" person. You also need two pad holders and one knife attacker: the two helpers must carry the injured person 9 yards; at the end, one helper makes 11 punches and 1 sprawl; carry back, and the other person makes 11 punches and 1 sprawl; DURING THE WALK, either helper can be attacked with a knife; the defender must let go of the "injured" person, make the Knife Defense, then return to help the "injured" person and continue.
NOTE -- if you don't know how to teach the Two on One carry, please use the drill listed under Intermediate.

The striking should be CONTINUOS. Switch with your partner. Do 2 rounds. This is very tiring!
Guard Drill - maintain good posture while in the attacker's guard

Drill -- Circle Drill -- puncher makes Left/Right Combo, then moves in a half circle around the pad holder; after moving 180 degrees, make Left/Right Combo and move back 180 degrees. During movement, the puncher should be just outside of punching range. This is a basic drill for improving footwork.

Drill: defender stands near wall, eyes closed; he either gets a light push, and delivers a back kick OR he gets choked and pushed against the wall. BE CAREFUL. MAKE SURE DEFENDERS TURN THEIR FACES WHEN THEY ARE PUSHED TO AVOID BREAKING THEIR NOSES AGAINST THE WALL.
