Defenders spread throughout room in fighting stance. Attackers find Defender and send an attack for Inside Defense.

DRILL - FINAL:
Grps 2, Attacker, Defender. Defender begins kneeling. As defense begins, Attacker can apply resistance, attempting, but not requiring, to push the Defender onto back/into guard. Regardless of how/where the fight goes, Defender should attempt to adapt staying off line of fire/maintaining control at minimum.

From the age of eight, Adam has been involved in martial arts. He began his training in Kung Fu and progressed to Choi Kwang Do, then Krav Maga in 2002. He moved to England in 2011 and underwent the recruitment process for acceptance into the Royal Marines Commando Unit, and upon his return to Australia he began teaching at a local Krav Maga school. He was soon promoted to Chief Instructor – developing and teaching classes for men, women and children, as well as instructor training. Adam also spent one year training under John Whitman (pictured) at Krav Maga Alliance in California and is a Level 6, Black Belt, Krav Maga Alliance Instructor. He has also recently been awarded "Train the Trainer" status by the head of Krav Maga Alliance, John Whitman, allowing him to train other Krav Maga Instructors. Adam has also spent countless hours training at the Gracie Academy, home of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is a certified Gracie Jiu Jitsu Instructor and teaches our Bullyproof, Gracie Combatives and Master Cycle classes.

Chris Massie, owner of Stryker MAA, recently joined the Krav Maga Alliance. Last night he ran his first Krav Maga class. 21 people attended and 16 signed up right away. That's a great start, Chris! Well done!
