Ground — Get Up
Knees
Choke from Behind with a Push
Drill: groups of three; palm strikes to a pad; on command, sit down into back position, then get up on command; third person chokes from behind with a push.

INTERMEDIATE CLASS (D1)
Headbutt Forward
Headbutt Side
Thai Pad Combo: Headbutt to the left side/right elbow/knee
Thai Pad Combo: Headbutt to the right side/left elbow/knee
Inside Defenses with Counterattacks

ADVANCED CLASS (D1)
Focus Mitts — 3 rounds of 2 minutes, 30 second rest
Overhand Right Punch
Drill: uppercut punch, hook punch, overhand right (all with right hand)
Ground – Leg Triangle
Ground – Guillotine
