BEGINNER CLASS (B3)
Straight Punch – max punches in 30 seconds
Eye Strikes to rolled up shirts or Oranges (see video on website)
Knee – straight
Knee – round
Knee combo – straight/round same leg
Choke Behind with a Push

INTERMEDIATE CLASS (D3)
Thai Pads 3 rounds of 3 minutes each
Fight Gear on – practice defending Combo 1 and 2
Ground -Elbow Escape from Full Mount
Ground – Elbow Escape from Side Mount
Drill – escape, get up, defend combos (hands only!)

ADVANCED CLASS (D3)
Heel Kick
Jumping Spinning Heel Kick (half turn only)
Knife Downward Stab – left handed attacker, off angle
Drill: eyes closed, any self defense, include left-handed downward stab
