Drill: free work on pads with upper body combatives, 30 second flurries x 3
Back Fall Break
Kick Off From Guard
Choke from the Side on the Ground
Drill: Back Fall Break, close eyes; attacker jumps into guard or chokes from the side

ADVANCED CLASS (A1)
Thai Pads – opposite stance
Gun Back of Head
Gun Hostage
Drill: striking, Gun Back of Head or Hostage
