Straight Punch
Front Kick
Drill: Find Your Partner (using punches or kicks each round)
Inside Def.
Inside Def. v. Straight Punch Low
Drill: defending straight punch or outside attack, left hand only
Drill: defending as above, right hand only
Drill: defending as above, either hand

Warm up with Front Kicks and Round Kicks
Back Kick – include follow up and additional counters
Drill: 2 attackers with pads; begin striking one pad; when given verbal threat from behind, deliver a back kick, then turn to continue striking the other pad; continue
