Straight Punches
Front Kick groin
Front Kick Vertical Target
Drill: A/B Drill — groups of 3; one person holds small pad for punches (“A”), one person holds large pad for Front Kick Vertical Target (“B”); they stand at opposite ends of the room. The third person starts in the middle and runs where the instructor tells them. Make it exhausting!
Choke from the Front (2 handed pluck)

Straight Punches to Focus Mitts
Drill: Disturbing Drill — defender covers and absorbs while partner hits with focus mitts: on command, the defender makes Left/Right combination, then immediately covers as the partner hits with focus mitts again. FOR MORE ADVANCED GROUPs, add sprawl
Hook Punch
Combo #3
Headlock from the Side
Drill: disturbing drill as above, but use groups of 3 and include Headlock from the Side

Mouth of Hand Punch
Focus Mitt Combo: Left/Right/Left Hook/Mouth of Hand Punch
Headlock from the Side, Spinning Inward
Headlock from the Side, Neck Break
