Straight Punches
Drill: 4 straight punches, move back, pad holder steps forward, right cross (for safety, pad holder should take pad off chest but to DO NOT push the pad forward; this might hurt the puncher’s wrist)
Front Kick Vertical
Drill: 4 straight punches, pad holder moves back, Front Kick Vertical Target.
360 Defenses
Drill: eyes closed, verbal signal, open eyes and make 360 defense or Front Kick Vertical Target, as appropriate

Front Kick with Advance (passive and neutral)
Defense v. Front Kick (redirecting)
Inside Defense v. Right Punch with 2 counters
Drill: Defense Front Kick or Right Cross (include counterattacks)

Conditioning: 3 rounds
Front Kick/Round Kick/Knee (all on same leg) 5x left, 5x right
15 burpees
Cavaliers 1-4
Headlock from Behind (review)
Knife Threat with space – slap, kick, run
Knife to Throat – dead side
Knife to Throat – live side
Knife Behind (hostage)
