Palm Strikes
Front Kick Vertical Target
Ground – Back Position
Ground – Movement
Ground – Getting Up
Drill: on ground; partner holds pad and moves around (no kicking, unless you have taught ground kicks in other classes); partner goes “get up!” defender gets up as attacker closes distance; defender must decide whether to give palm strikes or front kick vertical target.

Hook Punch – work different distances
Defensive Front Kick
Bearhug Front Arms Caught
Drill: eyes closed, any of the situations above

Thai Pads, opposite stance, 2 rounds of 2 minutes
Simple Takedown
Double Leg Takedown
Shrimp out of side control
Drill: one person does the takedown to get side control, second person works to escape side control
