BEGINNER CLASS (B1)
Front Kick
Round Kick
Drill – horseshoe drill
Choke from Behind with a Push
– include with packages in hand
Ground Position and Kicks
Drill – start with packages in hand; attacker approaches from behind and either makes a choke with a push (defender makes the defense) or yells “Down!” to simulate pushing the defender over; defender goes down and must fight from the ground.

INTERMEDIATE CLASS (D1)
Focus Mitts — hook/uppercut combinations
Uppercut Defense
Hook Punch Defenses (review)
Groundwork – trap and roll
Ground – hip escape (shrimping)
Drill: start on the bottom in full mount; defend and improve position, get up, and continue with slow fighting. Repeat.

ADVANCED CLASS (D1)
Back Kick
Spinning Back Kick
2 Back Kicks with a switch
Stick Off Angle
Free Work – all stick
