Basic Takedown Defense
Straight Punches – use Focus Mitts (introduce and explain if necessary)
Elbow #1
Combo: Left/Right/Right Elbow
Drill: Left/Right/pad holder moves forward/defender makes Basic Takedown Defense/Elbow #1 to focus mitt
Choke Front
Choke Behind
Drill: eyes closed, either choke

Thai Pads – 2 rounds of 2 minutes
Defense v. Low Round Kick (shin block)
Drill: with thai pads, combos 1-4 punching only; at the end of each combination, the pad holder makes a round kick; defend the round kick; finish with a right cross.
Bearhug Front, Arms Free (space and base)
Bearhug Front, Arms Free (neck leverage)

Sparring 2-v-1 (light)
Gun Behind, at the Head
Gun to the Side of the Head, Behind the Ear
