Straight Punch – emphasize chin down, shoulder up
Front Kick Vertical Target – emphasize hip extension
Drill: A/B drill (punch at one end, kick at the other, on instructor command)
Choke from the Side
Drill: eyes closed; Choke from the Side, then punch or kick a second attacker, depending on distance

Combo #8 – Right Uppercut/Left Hook/Right Cross
Combo #9 – Left Uppercut/Right Cross/Left Hook
Combo #10 – Right Uppercut/Left Hook/Right Cross/Left Uppercut/Right Cross/Left Hook
Bearhug Front Leverage on Neck – have the attacker hide his head in different positions

360 and Inside Defenses from passive stance, attacker at different ranges (sucker punch defense)
Knife Threats – attacker resisting, pulling, punching with free hand, etc.
Knife Threat from Behind — include attacker holding defender’s left shoulder with his left hand (defender spins to the right)
