Drill – defender has eyes closed bearhug from front is made, they defend and a 2nd attacker attacks with a pad that the defender has to send combatives to until pad holder calls “time”.
Thai pads from opposite stance
jumping front kick
jumping side kick
jumping round kick
gun from behind (touching)
Drill – 1 person in the middle with attackers with pads coming in from different directions 180 degrees from the front, or an attacker from the back puts gun in the defenders back.
