BEGINNER CLASS (A3)
Wrist Releases as part of warm up
Straight Punches
Combinations: Left/Left and then Right/Right
Front Kick Vertical Target
Knees
Basic Takedown Defense
Drill: distance continuum — eyes closed; attacker starts at different distances and gives a verbal signal; defender opens eyes and must recognize distance to make Front Kick, Straight Punches, or make Basic Takedown Defense and knees
Drill: repeat the above drill, but after each reaction, the defender sprints across the room, comes back, and attacks the pad with Front Kick Vertical Target, Punches, and Knees, in that order.

INTERMEDIATE CLASS (A3)
Focus Mitts: Combo #3
Focus Mitts: Left/Right Hook
Focus Mitts: Left/Right/Left Hook/Right Hook
Hair Grab Front
Hair Grab Side
ALSO, same technique used against an attacker pulling on clothing
Ground – Arm Bar
Ground – Guard Reversal

ADVANCED CLASS (A3)
Thai Pads: 3 rounds of 2 minutes each; pad holder sometimes shoot in to grab; defend sprawls
Knife Threat to the Back
Machine Gun Takedown (traditional)
Machine Gun Takedown (face grab variation)
Knife Threat – use machine gun takedown against a knife attacker holding a knife to your back with his right hand AND using his left hand to hold your RIGHT shoulder.
