We are committed to providing good service to you. Recently, I've received a few complaints that student diplomas are not reaching you in a timely manner. I want to apologize personally.
From now on, you have this pledge from me: if you do not receive student diplomas within TWO WEEKS of your request, there is no charge. We will pay the bill for the diplomas.
