Straight Punches
Elbows 1-3
Front Kick Vertical Target
Combo:Left/Right/Right Elbow/Front Kick Vertical Target (pad holder must step back after elbow to make space for the kick)
Choke from Behind – practice going to both sides
Drill: attacker chokes from behind, slightly to one side or the other

Thai Pads: Left/Right combo
Thai Pads: Practice Elbow #1; with the forward elbow, make it a little more like a hook punch
Thai Pads: Knees
Drill: Knees, non stop for 30 seconds, two rounds
Thai Pads: Left/Right/Right Elbow/Left Knee (practice with a switch)
Advancing Front Kick from a Neutral Stance
Gun – 2 handed cupping technique

Thai Pads: block low right round kick/Left Kick/Right/Left Kick
Mouth of Hand Punch
Drill: slow; eyes closed, any self defense, include mouth of hand punch in counters
Drill: groups of 4; three attackers, non-stop self defense, no rest for the defender!
Knife -downward stab
Drill: non-stop self defense, include downward stab with knife
