Straight Punches
Tabata Punches: 20 seconds punching, 10 second rest x 4 rounds
Elbows 1-3
Drill: defender’s eyes are closed; pad holder taps with pad from any angle with the pad held relatively high; defender makes elbow 1, 2, or 3, then continues with counterattacks
Choke from the Front with a Push

Focus Mitts: Left/Right Uppercut/Left Hook/Right Cross
Focus Mitts: Right/Left Uppercut/Right Cross/Left Hook
Ground – Trap and Roll
Ground – Choke from Full Mount (Trap and Roll)
Ground – Headlock from Full Mount (Trap and Roll)
Ground – Guard Reversal
Drill: attacker is in full mount; defender makes trap and roll; from the bottom, the original attacker makes Guard Reversal

Sparring – 3 rounds of 2 minutes, hand and feet, include clinch and knees
Cavaliers 1-4
Knife Downward Stab — include takedown with cavalier #1
