Thai Pads: Left/Right/Right Elbow
Thai Pads: Left Punch/Right Round Kick
Thai Pads: Right Punch/Left Round Kick – with a step
Thai Pads: Right Punch/Left Round Kick – with a switch
Elbow #3 to pad
Choke from Behind

Thai Pads: Combination #8 (right uppercut/left hook/right cross) – add knee or kick
Thai Pads: Combination #9 (left uppercut/right cross/left hook) – add knee or kick
Review Choke from the Front (2 handed technique)
Ground – Trap and Roll
Ground – Defense v. Choke Full Mount

Thai Pads: Left Front Kick/Right Round Kick
Thai Pads: Left Front Kick/Superman Punch
Thai Pads: Left Round Kick/Right Cross
Kick from Distance
Defense v. Downward stab – work various angles of downward stab
Drill: eyes closed, attacker starts from different distances; defender opens eyes on command and either kicks or makes the hand defense
