Straight Punches

Drill: straight punches and sprawls on command; 3 rounds of 30 seconds each, alternating with partner

Front Kick Vertical Target

Drill: Front Kick Vertical Target/Right Knee

Choke from the Front

Drill: eyes closed, practice ranges — attacker holds pad for straight punch OR Front Kick Vertical Target OR makes a choke



Focus Mitts: Combo #3/duck right hook/left hook/right cross

Choke from the Front (1 hand) review

Headlock from the Side – practice opposite side

Drill: either side headlock, OR choke from the front

Ground – Choke from the Side



Focus mitts: Opposite stance, two rounds of two minutes

Inside Defense review

Knife, Straight Stab

Gun from the Front

Drill: groups of three; both confront defender, one person attacks, either with gun or knife
