Straight Punch
Straight Punch with Advance
Inside Defenses
Choke from the Side
Drill: one attack, one defend using Inside Defenses; random attackers move around the room and make Choke from the Side to the attackers

Drill: movement drill with front kicks, round kicks, and knees
Side Kick
Side Kick with Advance
Back Fall Break
Ground – back position, movement, and front kick (review)
Drill: defender stands with eyes closed; attacker gives signal from either side for Side Kick OR pushes from the front; defender makes Fall Break, kicks, and gets up; continue ALL reactions with additional strikes until the pad holder calls time

Focus Mitts: 3 rounds of 2 minutes, opposite stance
Round Kick (review; emphasize high round kicks)
Sliding Defense v. High Round Kick
Hip Throw
Drill: basic self defense; include hip throws in counter attacks
