Drill: Interference Drill
Bearhug Behind, Arms Free
Bearhug Behind, Lifting
Bearhug Behind, Finger Leverage
Drill: Groups of 3; defender strikes pad; attacker makes Bearhug from Behind; defender must defend and continue striking the pad; SOMETIMES the attacker says “Down!” and the defender must go down to their backs as though they failed the bearhug defense; the pad holder stands over them and they must punch from the ground until the pad holder allows them to stand again.
