Beginner (A1)
Left/Right Combination
Front Kick to a Vertical Target
Knees (regular and round)
Drill: Combo- Front Kick Vertical Target, L/R combination followed by non stop knees. On instructors signal, 3 Burpees, 3 Push ups and repeat combination.
Wrist Releases
Choke from Behind
Drill: Defender Eyes Closed, Attacker; make choke from behind Or bump defender with pad and hold for strikes.

Intermediate (C1)
Uppercut Punch
Hook Punch
Headbutt Forward
Focus Mitts:
Round 1- 6 Punch Combo; Jab, Cross, Left- Uppercut, Right-Uppercut, Left- Hook, Right Cross
Round 2- 6 Punch Combo followed by Headbutt Forward
Bearhug Front Arms Caught
Ground- Forward Roll
Drill: Defender; Eyes Closed, Attacker; Make a Bearhug Front Arms Caught Or bump defender from behind. Defender; when bumped from behind, make a Forward roll, get up and attack pad with non stop Front Kicks (Groin) until pad holder calls "time". Reset.

Advanced (C1)
Muay Thai Pads: 3 Rounds of 3 min- Start each Round with 10 Kicks on each leg, Combinations 1-9, Kicks, Knees and Elbows. The last 30 sec, Strikers on their back, pad holders mounts strikers, non stop punches from the bottom.
One Arm Shoulder Throw
Full Nelson-finger strip
Knife Defense v. forward slash
Advanced Gun-from kneeling position
