Straight Punches (quick lesson)

Knees (quick lesson)

Elbows 1-3

Drill: eyes closed, partner shoves with pad from any direction, defender gives appropriate elbow (1, 2, or 3) and turns and continues with punches and knees

Basic Takedown Defense (attacker leans in, changes levels, etc.)

Drill: as above, but after knees, the attacker moves, changes levels, etc. and defender controls with Basic Takedown Defense

Choke from Behind



Focus Mitts: Left/Right Combination

Headbutt Forward

Focus Mitts: Left/Right/Headbutt

Headlock from the Side

Ground – Headlock from the Side, Backward



Front Kick Vertical Target (review)

Thai Pads: 2 rounds, include front kicks (pad holder use belly pad or absorb to body)

Jumping Front Kick

Gun from the Side, In Front of Arm

Gun Front, Pushing Into Stomach
