Drill: flurries of punches and hammerfists; switch to knees
Headlock from Behind
Drill: flurries of punches; attacker makes Headlock from Behind

Warm Up Combo: left/right/right elbow
Warm Up Combo: left/right/left elbow (like hook punch)
360 Defense review
360 Defense with Counterattack
Advancing Front Kick
Reflexive Defense v. Front Kick
Drill: eyes closed, attack gives verbal signal and makes front kick to the groin or 360 attack, defender defends

Thai Pads – 2 rounds, hands only
Knees – practice extended knee without grabbing
Thai Pads – Combo #3 with knee
Thai Pads – Combo #4 with knee
Stick Overhead – if students are experienced, practice left and right
Drill: three attackers; two attackers making basic self defense chokes, bear hugs, etc.; third attacker makes stick attack any time
