Straight Punch with Advance
Inside Defenses
Inside Defense v. Straight Punch Low
Drill: Defend High or Low Straight Punch

Tha Pads: 2 rounds of 2 minutes
Review basic strike defenses
Sparring: hands and groin kicks only
Sparring: hands and all low kicks
Sparring: one person uses forward hand, rear leg to attack; other person uses rear hand and forward leg only (can defend with all limbs)

Thai Pads: Combinations 1-4 with knees
Sweep with Heel Kick
Drill: perform all basic self defense from earlier levels, include sweeps in counterattacks when possible
Gun from the Front
Knife Downward Stab
Drill: eyes closed; any self defense, gun from the front, or knife downward stab
