Elbows 1-3

Combo: Left/Right/Left Elbow

Combo: Left/Right/Right Elbow

Drill: eyes closed; pad holder pushes with pad, defender makes either combo to pad

Choke from Behind

Drill: use the drill above, but the attacker can also make Choke from Behind



Uppercut Punch

Combos 8&9

Drill: pad holder throws 4 strikes at defender, who covers up, then steps inside and makes combo 8; repeat drill using combo 9. Note: dictate number of strikes from pad holder for safety

Bearhug from Behind, Leverage on Finger

Drill: groups of three; work combos 8 & 9 as above, but include Bearhug from Behind, Leverage on Finger



Thai Pads: Combos 8 & 9 with knees, 2 rounds of 2 minutes

One Arm Shoulder Throw

Drill: Clinch work to One Arm Shoulder Throw

Stick v. Left Handed Attacker
