Drill: attacker makes Hair Grab from the Side; defender makes the defense; attacker makes Bearhug from the Front, Arms Free; defender makes the defense (neck leverage)

Focus Mitts -- Combos 6 & 7

Double Leg Takedown

Drill: Combos 6 or 7 or shoot for a double leg takedown

Sprawl to avoid takedown

Drill: pad holder calls combo 6 0r 7 or pad holder shoots for a double leg takedown and puncher defends

Knife - Downward Stab (emphasize the attacker trying to free the arm)
