Technique of the Month :: Ground, Headlock from the Side, Bridging, July 2016
Here is a variation on a Level 3 (Green Belt) Technique for Headlock from the Side while on the Ground. This is a Bridging option for when the attacker is more adept than average at shifting their weight forward and back as you try both Green Belt techniques.
