It will contain all the elements of a regular certification\, including:\n\n- Opening Cauldron to test physical ability and conditioning\n- Lectures\n- Techniques\n- Lectures\n- Mock Teaching\n- Physical and Teaching Tests\n\nTRAINING PARTNER REQUIRED\nFor this online course\, YOU WILL NEED to have a partner who can hold pads for you and be your attacker. This person does not necessarily have to be a candidate.  As long as they are willing to help you\, that's fine with us!\n\nObviously\, the virtual certification will be a little different from our in person courses\, but one thing will not change: our standards. If you can pass this virtual certification\, you will absolutely deserve the title of Level 1 Instructor!
