WARMUP DRILL: Lower Strike Series
Groups 2, Striker, Padholder. Striker sends Knee without clinch, Padholder moves/steps back for Front Groin Kick, then cues for Round House Kick, all using same leg. On second series, uses opposite leg.
Front Kick Vertical Target
Basic Takedown Defense (changing height, moving feet)
Groups of 2, Striker/Defender, Padholder/Attacker. Striker sends FKVT. Padholder throws pad away and attacks for takedown. Striker defends and reset.
Choke Front 2 Handed Pluck
WARMUP DRILL: Ground & Pound
Individual, each w/ Kick Shield. Mount. GO!=all out strikes, REST!=reset. SWITCH!=get up, find new pad.
Ground – Arm Lock from Side
Ground – Side Mount to Full Mount
Groups of 2, Defender, Attacker. Atkr applies Headlock. Defr defends, putting attacker on ground. Defr Side Mounts and attempts Arm Lock or Mount.
Jumping Front Kick
Jumping Round Kick
Headlock Side, Spinning Inward
FINAL DRILL: Roaming Attackers. Defenders neutral, eyes closed. Attacker can cue with Side Headlock, Spinning In, or any self defense.
