Straight Punch w/ Advance
Grps 2, Striker, Padholder. Striker neutral, eyes closed. Padholder can cue:
A.) From the front for an Advancing Punch/Burst of 4 strikes, then hold for either Elbow 6 or 7 to finish.
B.) From rear for either Elbow 4 or 5, striker should then orient and finish with a burst of 4 straights.
Choke Rear w/ Push
DRILL – FINAL:
Grps 2. Defender, attacker. Attacker begins mounted on pad. On “GO!” strikers send all out Ground & Pound strikes. On “UP!” strikers stand in front of attacker. Attacker applies Choke Rear w/ Push. After defense, switch starting positions.
Defense v High Round Kick – Reflexive
Grps 2, both gloves on. Alternating striker, partner cues for combination using gloves as focus mitt. After combo, “padholder” throws either side High Round Kick. Switch roles after every kick.
Defense v Medium Round Kick – Wrap*
*Add in takedown and/or sweep.
Ground Foot Grab Strip
Ground Foot Grab Spin Inward
Ground Foot Grab Spin Outward
DRILL – FINAL:
Grps 2. Alternating roles. One partner throws a Medium Round Kick, the other Wraps and performs takedown. Holding onto one leg, partner can choose to drag or spin the other’s foot for Ground Foot Grab defense. Switch who sends kick each round.
DRILL – WARMUP: Body Hardening
Grps 2, gloves on.
Round 1 & 2: One partner sends strikes while standing, the other absorbs. Switch for next round.
Round 3 & 4: Same but partner sending strikes is standing, partner absorbing is on the ground.
Round 5 & 6: One partner begins in mount. Both are permitted to strike. Round ends if bottom partner gains dominant position.

Long Gun Bayonet Stab, Live and Dead Side
Long Gun Bayonet Stab, Dead Side (clothesline)
DRILL – FINAL
Roaming attacker can cue for any attack above.
