BEGINNER CLASS (A3)
Straight Punches
Elbow #3
Combo: Left/Right/Right Elbow
Ground – Back Position
Ground – Movement
Ground – Front Kick
Ground – Getting Up
Drill: Take it Outside! — defender lies on the ground; attacker stands over defender holding a pad; the defender must punch until tired; then the attacker steps back, and the defender moves to keep feet toward attacker; when he approaches, kick; get up; continue striking; do this outside on the sidewalk or in the grass

INTERMEDIATE CLASS (C3)
Thai Pads: Combos 1-4 with knees AND sprawl at the end
Side Control
Shrimp to Escape Side Control
Drill: top person tries to maintain side, bottom person tries to escape
Arm Lock from Side Control
Knee to Belly – strike and dismount

ADVANCED CLASS (C3)
Focus Mitts from Opposite Stance – 3 rounds of 2 minutes
Outside Slap Kick
Spinning Outside Slap Kick
Headlock from the Side – spinning inward
Headlock from the Side – neck break
