Hammerfist Downward
Groin Kick
Combo: Groin Kick/Hammerfist Downward
Choke from the Side (both sides)
Drill: eyes closed; attacker makes Choke from the Side OR pushes with pad and attacker makes Groin Kick/Hammerfist comboination

Back Kick
Combo: Back Kick, turn and give knees
Ground – Headlock from the Side going Forward
Ground – Headlock from the Side going Backward
Drill: either one, attacker resisting
Drill: defender stands with eyes closed; attacker either gives signal for back kick OR makes a headlock and takes the defender to the ground (gently)

Sparring: 3 rounds of 2 minutes
Simple Takedown
Leg Triangle from Guard
Flow Drill: partner 1 makes Simple Takedown and gains full mount, then ‘loses’ full mount as partner 2 makes Trap and Roll; partner 1 makes Leg Triangle.
Defense v. Leg Triangle
Flow Drill: as above, but now partner 2 makes Defense v. Leg Triangle
