Inside Defense review
360 with Counterattack
Drill: defend straight punches; if an outside attack comes, defend and counterattack
Reverse Headlock Standing

Thai Pads: Cross/Hook/Low Round Kick (partner absorbs or shin blocks)
Thai Pads: Combo #6 with Low Round Kick (partner absorbs or shin blocks)
Sparring: 3 rounds of 2 minutes
Gun from Behind, Touching (both directions)
Gun from Behind, Being Walked
