Wrist Releases as part of warm up

Combo: Left/Right/Right/

Movement – retreat slightly out of range, then back in

Advanced Straight Punch (emphasis strong side)

Combo: Left/Right/shift out of range/Advancing Right

Knees – emphasize switch knee with the forward leg

Combo: Left/right/shift out of range/Advancing Right/Left Knee

Choke from the Side



Focus Mitts: Combo # 8 (Right Upper/Left Hook/Right)

Focus Mitts: Combo #9 (Left Upper/Right/Left Hook)

Defense v. Low Round (shin block)

Defense v. Low Round (absorb)

Defense v. Front Kick (redirect)

Drill: defend any low kick (slow, then faster)

Drill: as above, but include some straight punches



Thai Pads: Left/Right/Right/Left Hook/Right Knee

Thai Pads: Left/Right/shift back out of range/Right/Left Knee

Headlock from the Side, Spinning Inward

Gun from the Side, in Front of Arm

Drill: eyes closed, either gun or headlock
