Straight Punches (Left/Right Combination)
Knees – practice without grabbing
Drill: pad holder moves around and gives targets for punches (Left/Right combination) or 1 knee without catching; for more conditioning, include sprawl and then knee
Choke from Behind with a Push – practice turning either direction

INTERMEDIATE CLASS (D3)
Advancing Front Kick
Back Kick
Drill: eyes closed, either kick
Choke from Behind with a Pull
Drill: either kick OR Choke from Behind with a Pull

ADVANCED CLASS (D3)
Hammerfist (review)
Back Kick (review)
Gun from Behind at a Distance
Drill: attacker signals from behind; defender must make Hammerfist, Back Kick, or Gun from Behind at a Distance
