INTERMEDIATE CLASS (C2)

Defense v. High Round Kick (2 or 3 points of contact)

Thai Pads: Combo #6 (cross/hook/cross) with knee; also do with round kick/pad holder makes round kick

Thai Pads: Combo $#7 (hook/cross/hook) with knee; also do with round kick/pad holder makes round kick

Ground – Kick Off From Guard

Ground – Arm Bar from Guard – work both arms; also emphasize kickings away and getting up afterward

 

ADVANCED CLASS (C2)

Sparring: 5 one-minute rounds,

Long Gun Live Side

Long Gun Dead Side

Drill: long gun pointed at different spots on the body, make the appropriate defense
