Bearhug from Behind, Arms Free
Bearhug from Behind, Arms Caught
Drill: either bear hug
ADVANCED CLASS (C2)
Thai Pads: 2 rounds of 2 minutes
Light Sparring - 10 rounds of 1 minute, no rest, switch partners each round
Knife - Forward Slash
Knife - Back Slash
Drill: light sparring (open hand or MMA gloves); random attackers move around making knife attacks
