Ground – Side Position
Ground – Side Kick
Ground – Get Up from Side
Choke from the Front with a Push
Drill: start on ground, kick and get up, defend Choke from the Front with a Push

Intermediate Class (C2)
Ground – Arm Bar from Guard
Ground – Guard Reversal
Ground – Arm Bar from Mount
Ground – Arm Bar Defense
Flow Drill: Guard Reversal + Arm Bar from Mount + Arm Bar Defense
Ground – Guillotine from Guard
Ground – Guillotine Defense
Flow Drill: Guillotine from Guard + Guillotine Defense + Arm Bar from Mount* + Arm Bar Defense
*If proper Side Position/Knee to Chest transition is known do it, otherwise just get to Arm Bar
Free Rolling

Advanced Class (C2)
2 Front Kicks with a Switch
2 Straight Knees with a Switch
Long Gun from Behind, touching (both sides)
Drill: Group of 3; 1 kick shield holder, 1 striker, 1 gunman. Striker free works on kick shield mixing in 2 front kicks with a switch and 2 straight knees with a switch. At anytime, gunman threatens striker with long gun from behind (touching). Striker defends, finishes fight, then immediately returns to striking the pad.
