Straight Punch (review)

Front Kick (review)

Round Kick

Drill: partner moves around the room, holds for straight punches OR front kick OR round kick

Headlock from Behind (work both sides)

Drill: defend headlock from either side

Drill: as above, but random attackers make headlocks at any time




Focus Mitts: Combo #4 + headbutt

Fall Break

Forward Roll

Drill: eyes closed, partner pushes from front or back; make back fall break or forward roll, get up and make Focus Mitt combination



Thai Pads: 3 rounds of 2 minutes

Sparring Drill: Defend Left/Right Combo/counter with Right/Left Hook

Plucking Defense v. Front Kick Vertical Target (left leg), counter with Right/Left Hook

Sparring Drill: defend L/R combo OR Front Kick, include counters

Ground – Leg Triangle (work opposite side)

Ground – Defense v. Leg Triangle (opposite side)
