Straight Punches

Drill: Left Punch 20 times, Right Punch 20 times x 2

Elbows 1-3

Combo: Left Punch/Right Elbow

Choke From Behind


Focus Mitts – Combos 1-4; at the end of each combo, the pad holder steps forward, defender must side step and pivot

Ground – guard work- practice controlling attacker with closed guard

Ground – Arm Bar From Guard – include kicking and getting up


Axe Kick

Combo: Left/Right/Axe Kick

Knife Upward Stab

Knife Upward Stab v. Left Handed Attacker

Drill: defender stands with eyes closed; attacker gives verbal signal and attacks with right or left handed upward stab. Simple Share
