BEGINNER CLASS (B2)
Fighting Stance
Straight Punches- L & R, Double up on strikes, Focus on power (Especially on the Jab)
Drill: Straight punches driving pad holder to the other side of the room
Front Kick to a vertical target
Drill: Front Kick to a vertical Target (Alternating Legs) & Squats
7 Kicks-1 Squat
6 Kicks-2 Squats
5 Kicks- 3 Squats
4 Kicks- 4 Squats
3 Kicks- 5 Squats
2 Kicks- 6 Squats
1 Kicks- 7 Squats
360 Defense Defense
Choke front Front (2- Handed)
Drill: 2 ppl/1 Defender/1 Attacker
Defender- eyes closed
Attacker- Choke from Front or
Give a verbal cue, Attack with a Wild Punch
Defender- Make the appropriate defense (Choke from Front/360 Defense)

INTERMEDIATE CLASS (B2)
Thai Pads: 2 min Rounds/ 30 Rest
** During rest- Striker- Push up
Position, sit throughs
Round 1- Basic Combinations- 1-4
– Last 30 sec, non stop punches
Round 2- Combo # 6- Add High Round Kicks
-Last 30 sec, non stop Round Kicks
Round 3- Combo #7- Add High Round Kicks & Knees
– Last 30 sec, non stop knee strikes
360 with Counter Attacks
Defense v High Round Kick (2 & 3 points)
Defense v High Round Kick (Covering)
Drill: 2ppl/1 Defender/1 Pad Holder
Focus Mitts:
Pad Holder- Basic Combinations, at any given time attack with a wild punch or High Round Kick
Defender- Strong/Clean combinations, recognize and make the appropriate defense (360 defense or Defense v High Round Kick)
Self Defense:
Reverse Head Lock
Ground- Elbow Escape
Ground-Def v Full Mount

ADVANCED CLASS (B2)
Thai Pads: 3 min Rounds/30 Sec Rest
**5 Burpees, During Rest
Round 1- Basic Combinations + Kicks- Double up on the last technique
Round 2- Opposite Side/South Paw
– Basic Combinations + Kicks-
Double up on the last technique
Round 3- Basic Combinations-w/Kicks
– Double up on the last technique
-Add Sprawl (Change fighting stance after every sprawl)
-Last 30 sec- Non stop kicks (R&L)
Light Sparring Drill:
A) 1 person defends/1 person Attacks
Punches only:
-Moving/Blocking- No counters
Kicks only:
-Moving/Blocking- No counters
B) Light Sparring- Punches: Move/Defend and counter
Punches & Kicks: Move/Defend and counter
Gun from Behind-Touching
Gun from Side or Behind, assailant using off hand
