Palm Heel Strikes
Round Kicks (both Sides)
Drill: 2ppl- Pad Holder; Move anywhere on the mat and hold for either Palm Heel strikes followed by Round Kicks. Striker; start on the ground, 5 push up, get up, sprint towards the pad, 6 palm heel strikes, 3 power Round Kicks Left Leg/Right Leg, Back on the ground.. Repeat!
Choke from side
Choke from Behind with a Push
Drill: Strikers; non stop strikes on the pad, 3 Designated attackers walk around and randomly attack with Choke from side OR Behind.
Round 1- Basic Combinations w/Kicks
Round 2- Start with 10 Round Kicks Right leg & 10 Round kicks Left leg; Basic Combinations with Kicks & Elbows
Round 3- Start with 10 push ups, 5 Burpees, 10 Round Kicks Right leg & 10 Round kicks Left leg; Basic Combinations with Kicks, Elbows & knee strikes

Bearhug from Behind (with lift)
Back Fall Break
Drill: 2 ppl- striker; eyes closed, Pad Holder; shove striker from the front, Striker; Back fall, give a couple of kicks from the ground then get up and attacks the pad, till pad holder calls “Time”

–Jab, Cross, Right Inside Chop
–Jab, Cross, Hook, Left Outside Chop
–Jab, Cross, Left Inside Chop, Spinning Heel Kick
Stick Defense-Overhead swing
Stick Defense against overhead off angle
Drill: Spin -n- Strike
Groups of 3- Defender; 10 Burpees, place your finger on the floor and spin in a circle 10x, Sprint towards the pad and attack with non stop fast and aggressive strikes. Attacker; at any given time attack with Any L1, L2 & L3 Self Defense techniques, including stick defenses.. Keep attacking till “Time/Switch” is called..
