Beginner (B3)

Drill: 2ppl/1 pad
Defender; eyes closed. Pad holder; bump defender from the side or give a verbal cue. Defender; on signal, execute a hammerfist to the side, turn towards the pad and continue with counter attacks!
Wrist releases
Inside Defense
Choke from side
Ground- Getting up
Drill: 3ppl/1 pad
Defender; on the ground (laying on stomach), eyes closed. Pad holders; Move anywhere in the room. Defender; on Instructors cue, open your eyes and locate your pad holder, advance towards the pad with non- stop attacks. Attacker; attack choke from the side. Defender; fast and aggressive defense!
Reset!

Intermediate (B3)
Basic Take Down Defense/Spinning on the Center Line
Heel Kick
Muay Thai Pads:
Round 1- Basic Combo 1-5
Round 2- Basic Combinations, plus kicks
Round 3- Basic Combinations, plus kicks, Pad holder at any given time shoot in for a basic take down. Striker; make the appropriate defense and continue with combos.
Outside Defense 1-5
Bearhug Behind (Finger leverage)
Bearhug Behind (Lifting)
Drill: Groups 4-5/1 Pad
Defender; non- stop attacks on pad, Attackers; Any level one technique, plus Bearhug Behind (Finger leverage), Bearhug Behind (Lifting), Defender; strong and aggressive defense and right back on the pad!!
Ground- Fall Break (Back)

Advanced (B3)
A/B Drill w/sprawls:

** Must do 3 Sprawls before sprinting to the other pad
Spinning out side slap kick
Focus Mitts: Opposite Stance
Round 1- Combo #8 (Cross/Hook/Cross)
Round 2- Combo # 9 (Hook/Cross/Hook)
Round 3- Creative combinations, add a spinning slap kick.
– Last 30 sec- Sprawl, get up, 2 punches..
Double Leg Take down
Hip Throw
Headlock from the side, spinning inward
Headlock from the side, neck Break
