Beginner (A1)
Knees (regular and round)
Basic Takedown Defense (Changing height, moving feet)
Drill: 2 ppl-
Start in Knee strike position
Attacker; Changes levels, moves in for a take down.
Striker; Defends, maintains control and delivers 2 knee strikes (with out making contact)
360 Defense
Choke from the Front (2 handed)
Drill: Attacker Fights Back
Attacker; makes a choke from Front. After a successful defense from defender, attacker makes a 360 attack.

Intermediate (C1)
Muay Thai Pads:
Combo # 8 & 9- Add Low and High Round Kicks
Defense v. Low Round Kick (absorbing)
Defense v. Low Round Kick (shin block)
Ground- Headlock side Backward
Ground- Headlock side Forward
Drill: 2ppl/ Large Shield
Defender; Ground and pound. Attacker; safely tackles defender off pad and can make either a Headlock side forward or Headlock side Backward. Defender; makes the appropriate defense and gets back on pad.

Advanced (C1)
Drill: Stand up and Ground- 4 Rounds of 2 minutes, 30 sec rest
Round 1- Thai Pads- Combinations, Kicks, Knees and Elbows
Round 2- Ground Work- Pad holder puts striker in either mount or side control and makes it challenging for the striker to gain a better position.
Round 3-Thai Pads- Combinations, Kicks, Knees and Elbows and sprawls
Round 4-Ground Work- Pad holder puts striker in either mount or side control and makes it challenging for the striker to gain a better position. Add strikes to disturb defender.
