Reverse Headlock Standing

Drill: Partner A makes bearhug attempt; Partner B does space and base, then attempts Reverse Headlock Standing; Partner A defends




Sweep with Heel Kick

50/50 Clinch — work position make Sweep with Heel Kick

Drill: 50/50 clinch — work position — if the attacker tries to create distance, give knee (lightly); if the attacker stays close, make the sweep
