Elbows 1-3
Groin Kick
Drill: Elbow #2, turn and give groin kick
Choke from the Front (2 hands)
Choke from the Front with a Push
Drill: attacker chokes and sometimes pushes, defender makes appropriate reaction

Focus Mitts: Left/Right/duck left hook/right
Focus Mitts: Left/Right/Left Hook/duck right/left hook
Round Kicks – emphasize high kicks
Defense v. High Round Kick (2 or 3 points of contact)
Drill: attacker makes right punch or right round kick
Drill: attacker makes left punch or left round kick
Drill: attacker makes left or right, punch or kick

Focus Mitts: 2 rounds, 1 in each stance
Sweep with Heel Kick
Sweep with Forward Kick
Drill: all self defense, finish with sweeps whenever possible
Knife Forward Slash
Knife Back Slash
Knife – very straight forward slash (must treat like straight stab)
