BEGINNER CLASS (A1)

Palm Strikes

Knees (include switch knee)

Combo: Left/Right/Left Knee

Combo: Left/Right/Left/Right Knee

Choke from the Side

Drill: eyes closed; choke from either side or make Left/Right/Left Knee to a pad

 

INTERMEDIATE CLASS (C1)

Uppercut Punch – include variations for long uppercut

Combo: Right Uppercut/Right Hook/Left Hook

Combo: Left Uppercut/Left Hook/Right Hook

Bearhug from Behind, Arms Free

Bearhug from the Front, Arms Free (Neck Leverage)

 

ADVANCED CLASS (C1)

Thai Pads: include knees and elbows in combinations; 2 rounds of 3 minutes

Knife – Downward Stab

Knife – Upward Stab

Drill: either stab, break contact and look for a shield or weapon (use pads)
